We just replaced all the electrical outlets and installed new bathroom lights with motion sensor switches.
The lights will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
Next on the schedule are replacing broken park/pool sprinkler piping and heads.
Once the irrigation system is repaired, the landscape project will begin.
