We need to remind everyone of our Horsemen’s Run Pool Rules.

Children 12 years and younger must be supervised by an adult at least 18 years old.

Earlier this week there were numerous “young kids” at the pool unsupervised and furniture wound up in the pool.

Thanks to one of our homeowners for getting them out.

If this “mischief” continues and the individuals are identified, pool privileges will be suspended.

There has also been damage to chairs and loungers.

Please, if you see something, it should be reported.

Also, we would request you ensure the pool gate is closed.

Additionally, on multiple days over the past 2 weeks, non-residents have been using the pool. 

If you see anyone enter the pool area without a key or you don’t know them, then welcome

them to the neighborhood and ask them which house the moved into, or call a Board Member.

As a last resort to further “mischief”, the Board is considering the need for cameras on the pool entrance and/or the parking lot.  

We prefer not to go this way, but if mischief, trespassing and/or damage continues we may have to for the protection of our residents, our community assets and to prevent liability issues.”
