There are 14 pool lounges stacked on the poolhouse covered patio. All of the stacked lounges need to be restrung/reupholstered. Based on the quotes we’ve been given it will be more than $250 per lounge to have them restrung.

We purchased 6 new lounges last year and we will continue to look for a reasonable prices for some more this summer, however due to increased landscaping contract we may have to deal with what we have for this summer.

If you are interested in attempting to redo any of these for your own use, feel free to come and take as many as you like.

If you feel like you can redo them for the community for a reasonable price, please let a board member know asap.

If we do not hear from anyone or there are any left next week, we will remove the pile and take it to the dump.
